Ok so your first step is getting 10 summoning for graahk teleport to neitiznot and you should appear here.

Once there go a bit to your left passing the bank and exit through the gate now to your south should be the yaks, Kill them and you'll get these charms,now use them on the obelisk a bit north to you cant miss it then repeat progress until 10 summoning. Now once 10 summoning go to the summoning master here,

after that go back inside of neitiznot and go into the shop and buy the seeds, these are the levels and cost of each seed also a picture showing the seeds


Guam seed until level 14
Marrentill until level 19
Tarromin until level 26
Harralander until level 32
Ranarr until level 38
Toadflax until level 44
Irit until level 50
Avantoe until level 56
Kwuarm until level 62
Snapdragon until level 67
Cadantine until level 73
Lantadyme until level 79
Dwarf Weed until level 85
Torstol until level 99!(y)

Now there are a few places to farm instead of just one

For example you can go to Camelot walk a bit south east and there you will find this place.   Now a bit north from this spawn point you will find this farming area go straight north from spawn point this area is better cause it has bank next to it.(y)
