First you need to go to Bob. He can be found in Neitiznot. You will need to buy a chisel for 1gp


Now your gonna need to buy some gems and gold bars. You'll start by using the chisel with the uncut gems.

Start with uncut sapphire.
Next you'll do emerald's
Then rubies.
Now diamonds
And finally dragonstone's
You will now have cut gems. which look like this

Now you will want to use the cut gems with the gold bars.
Sapphire+gold bar=Games Necklace(
Emerald+gold bar=Ring of Dueling(
Ruby+gold bar=Amulet of Strength
Diamond+gold bar=Ring of Life
Dragonstone+gold bar=Amulet of Glory(4)
You'll wanna do this till you have 99 crafting.
Now the cape.
OK! congratulations you have 99 crafting now you wont to know where
to get the Skillcape well there's two locations one is
when you tele to fally walk south-east into a room there is a wise old man. talk to him
and you will see your new cape there. Two is when you tele to lumby walk over like
you'r going to go dung or bank and there is another wise old man there where
you can buy your new cape/capes.



You can go onto world 3 PVP world

and skill but dont risk at all because when you die you don't keep anything.World 3 is 2x exp And it makes everyday skilling/life alot easier. It will also get you that cape you wont 2x faster!!!
